Limit on size of course

We place great value on supporting each participant individually, and giving all of them the opportunity of trying out the application at a PC work station, so that every participant gains the greatest possible benefit from the course. Each course is therefore limited to twelve participants.

In-house training on id-Force®

We are also happy to come to you. We hold such training courses specifically for the employees of your company. We'll be glad to advise you, and make you a customized offer. However, in-house training does require suitable facilities: rooms, technical equipment and presentation media.

    After registering, you will receive confirmation of registration and an invoice for the course fee. All prices are plus the legally applicable value added tax. Course registrations must be received by IBYKUS AG, Bereich Professional Training, in writing 14 days before the start of the course. Course attendance fees are due 12 days before the start of the relevant course. Attendance of only part of the course does not entitle a participant to any reduction of the course fee.

Cancellation

If a course registration is not cancelled until five working days or less before the start of the course or if a participant does not attend, we shall invoice you with a course fee of € 499.00. There is no charge for cancellations received before this time. Instead of cancellation, an alternative person may be named to attend the course at no extra charge. Cancellations must always be made in writing.

Liability

IBYKUS AG reserves the right to amend the course content and change the speakers if necessary. IBYKUS AG may cancel a course in the event of something happening that would make holding the seminar technically or commercially unacceptable. If a course cannot be postponed, those course fees that have already been received will be refunded. Further reaching claims and liability shall be excluded.
