id-Force® | Report is a new product option for the id-Force® idea management software. It is an analysis and evaluation tool for reporting – a major aspect of idea management.
Within the shortest possible time, id-Force® | Report can produce all the key figures which are important to you, as an idea manager, or to the management.
id-Force® | Report gives you an overview of your idea management which is always up-to-date, and any facts you need can quickly be displayed graphically.
id-Force® | Report accesses a free-license, basic technology, and will be available in two packages.
id-Force® | Report Basic
The reporting tool is linked to the id-Force® idea management software through an interface. The integrated ReportViewer enables you to display various analyses in a visually attractive and easily interpretable form.
The basic version already contains a number of standard reports. These enable the idea manager to use preconfigured analyses to cover the fundamental reporting requirements.
id-Force® | Report Advanced
id-Force® | Report Advanced is offered as an add-on. It provides even more options for reporting in the idea management. This package contains the id-Force® Report Designer and a training course in the use of the tool.
Trained employees use the id-Force® Report Designer to configure their own analyses to match the idea manager's specific requirements. In this way, we ensure that you can work independently. In future, you will only need to send your analysis specifications to the responsible person in your company.
The combination of both packages gives you comprehensive access to standardized and customized reports that can be called directly from id-Force®.
id-Force® | Report is the optimal complement to the id-Force® idea management software, and is expected to become available by the end of 2009. You will be able to find more about it on the id-Force® Web site when the time comes.

You simply call the individual analyses directly from the "Reports" tab in id-Force®
Trained personnel can use the id-Force® | Report Designer to generate their own reports to match the specifications of the idea manager and/or the management.
For example, the distribution of the savings achieved can be displayed graphically as a diagram.
