A company's personnel master data and organizational structure can be loaded into the system by means of a user-friendly file interface. This sets up all potential users and the hierarchical relationships. The user identifications are activated by online user registration and dispatch of the access data by e-mail. The idea manager can also set up, activate and lock access identifications manually. ›
The bonuses, points and prizes awarded can be automatically credited to the appropriate id-Force employee accounts. This gives submitters an overview of the current status their idea management accounts at all times. Employee accounts are debited by idea managers. They can also generate a posting list, for example for the payroll department. ›
id-Force provides ready-made statistical facilities based on dib key figures (participation rate and average saving per suggestion etc.). Additional analyses can easily be defined and created with freely available SQL tools. ›
Idea managers can export the results of their analyses in an Excel table, which they can then use for their own evaluations. ›
Teams, such as CIP teams and evaluation committees, and the dates of their workshops can be updated. Team leaders can record the results of these workshops in the system. ›
Members of the works council have access to a detailed overview of the ideas and assessments that have been received. ›
The system has a multilingual capability. It is supplied in German and English as standard. ›
Technical administrators can load a logo and wallpaper into the system. This quickly adapts the visual impression of the application to a company's specific requirements. |
